Terms and Conditions

i) Proper co-operation should be given by the customer during the connection.

ii) Any objection taken by the society during installation of the wireless antenna will have to be taken care by the customer.

iii) Each pack has validity defined in terms of days, data transfer. The pack expires on expiry of any of the validity parameters.

iv) Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

v) The connection will be terminated, if the internet account is not recharged for more than two months.

vi) For re-connection of the suspended account, the customer will have to pay amount of Rs.500/-.

vii) The cable and wireless antenna will be property of Packenet solutions & no claims done by the customer will be entertained.

viii) All the packages are prepaid packages.

ix) Any shift in the plans will be done by a processing fee decided by Packenet Solutions.

x) Registration fee is non-refundable.

xi) No refund will be given once the booking is done for the connection.

ii) Photo ID proof(Driving licence,Voting card,PAN card)

iii) Address proof(Electricity bill,Telephone bill,Ration card)
